Los Blancos headed into their second leg of the semifinals on Wednesday in a 2-2 deadlock with Bayern Munich after a goal-filled first leg in Germany. And with their backs up against the wall in the 68th minute after Alphonso Davies netted an absolute screamer, Madrid came alive.

In the 81st minute, Carlo Ancelotti decided to bring on Joselu for Federico Valverde and the 34-year-old, who was born in Germany, proceeded to net a brace in a span of four minutes to send Real Madrid through to yet another UCL showpiece.
